Making Eretz Yisrael the best place in the world to raise a family is not only about Torah and community events. It is also about whether a family can get what it needs without a fight: a plumber who turns up, a store that stocks what you actually buy, someone who will talk to you in a language you are still learning.
Plenty of that already exists in Beit Shemesh and Ramat Beit Shemesh, run by people in this community. What has been missing is one place to find it.
